Todays ventures

I was inspired Friday by another local business and
decided to start decorating for Christmas.
The help there was great and went above and beyond
to give ideas. I love good salespeople!!!

Us at the golden arches before going to the movies to see Astro Boy.

I will have to say that this will be the last time we visit this restaurant.
It was dirty and covered with flies. The food looked thrown together and wasn't that tasty!

My birthday party

My great tasting carrot cake from Foster Street Cafe.
That cake was moist and the icing was the best I have had lately.
Scott and I enjoying my birthday party with friends.

Lovely Lindsay sitting by my side.
I guess you could say she really is my right arm. :)

All of the children having a great time without parents telling them what to do every 5 seconds.

My neighbor that is leaving me:(

Natonal Peanut Festival

This is a long line of cars trying to come into the
Peanut Festival Tuesday night around 9:00
All of the food vendors.

My son trying to move around and scare me to death.
I was to the point of crying!!!!

Natonal Peanut Festival

Something special coming from the FunHouse

One of our neighbors gave us great trick or treat bags and these cute glasses were a big hit!

We also received snaps from another neighbor which the kids loved throwing at our feet:)

Halloween

From cute to scary!!

My days at a local big box office supplier

I have to say that every time I go into a place for service this is what I wind up seeing.
An empty chair. It never fails that the sales associate asks if they can help me and then they somehow disappear. It usually is to help another customer that has walked up while the associate is in the process of completing my task at hand. This has started getting very disappointing to me. It's also made me realize how important it is to start and finish with one customer before moving on to the next. If you have ever experienced this at Hissyfits Boutique I truly apologize!!
